The move to Lennox has been seamless. Community seems great. Nice and quiet. Location can’t be beat. I wish there were more gym equipment. But overall nice amenities.

The application process was very easy - the online portal is efficient and easy to use. Unfortunately, the office staff didn't check the status of our apartment until three days before we were to move in. The apartment had not been cleaned and painted so we had to move to another unit. Having to change our utility and internet service over a holiday weekend and worry whether we had a viable place to live from 2 states away was stressful! The office staff was apologetic and did their best to make things comfortable, but it was not the best first impression. However, we love the neighborhood and have been very comfortable in our new home.

I love living here at Lennox, very convenient to pretty much everything, very safe community and very well maintained. Ever since I moved here almost a year ago never had any issues with anything. They have a great maintenance team who will attend to your issues if any very promptly using the service request portal.

I enjoy living here for the perks and amenities, but there some things I’d change. The parking garage for Graham building — put the gate in finally. Put in a gym and a package locker system in the Graham building. Bring back trash chutes on each floor. Maintenance is always timely and polite and helpful. Management is efficient. The pool is really nice. I love my apartment.

Ordinarily I would give it 4 stars, however a recent decision was made regarding disposing of our garbage that has made things very unpleasant. They decided that it would ‘make our building/community cleaner’ if residents no longer have access to the trash rooms with the trash chutes that go into the ground floor dumpster from each floor. So the ONLY time we can get trash out is *Sunday-Thursday 6pm-8pm* via a valet service, otherwise we have to find a place to take it. And you can only have 2 trash bags with the valet service. And again, they don’t come every day. So people have been leaving bags of trash all around the building since we haven’t been given an alternative aside from the two hour time slot 5 days a week. Very inconvenient.

I love the neighborhood. The fact it is very pedestrian. The walls are very thin. You hear everything from your neighbors in the hallway, which is extremely aggravating. But I’m close to work. Rent is much higher than it should be and I may be leaving At the end of this

It’s a nice place safe near the mall, supermarket,coffee shops,clinics i’m enjoying living here, but I believe it needs more maintenance and taking bug control service seriously especially in the summer and in the second floor near the parks-gardens.

I am generally happy here. It is a nice community- safe and friendly. The dogs are well-behaved. The gym is small but has weight equipment and a few cardio machines. The pool is also nice and there are community events regularly.

I’ve enjoyed being a resident here now for 3 years and I love that there are so many things close by and walking distance. The staff are nice and friendly and the maintenance staff are excellent and come right away on your requests.

Great place great location great immunity. but it needs more maintenance and could do cleaning. Also, they are start closing the restroom near the lounges which is not good.

I’ve been a resident here now for almost 3 years and the residents are very nice and the staff are very attentive and friendly. The complex is in such a convenient location, right across from shopping center, the mall is right down the road and a good amount of restaurants. Also only 15 from southend and uptown.

I love my building but wish we had a gate like Latham residents. There is no respect from the public in the parking garage. I’ve seen high school kids, throw trash and speed through the garage on a regular basis as they seem to like to party on the top floor of the parking deck.

The location is perfect! You are near the best mall in the city and the whole food and almost everything you might need! They are working hard to keep the place looking clean and new. However, I wish they have more effective pest control, especially cockroaches.

I like the area and how there are a good amount of shops and restaurants you can walk to if you wanted versus driving. The complex is clean and taken care of very well. The staff are great and respond back to any questions or concerns you have pretty quickly., A big plus about this complex is it’s nice and quiet so there’s no loud noises late at night.

I'm really disappointed in the Greystar maintenance of the property. There has been damaged carpet on the second floor that has not been replaced for months. It makes the place look trashy. I have sent multiple emails to the leasing office asking what will be done and have been ignored. I'm really unhappy about this.

Lennox at South Park is a great community. Their location is prime. I’ve been here for 2 years and still love it like the first week. Everyone in the leasing office is nice, helpful and courteous, but my favorite person is Lynn. I really like her demeanor and her follow through. The maintenance team is on point and take care of things in an efficient way!

Lennox South Park Community is a great place to live. Best location. In the middle of everything. Complex is three blocks from South Park Mall and various high end restaurants. The leasing office staff and the Maintenance team are awesome. Everyone is caring and helpful.

This is my second year at this community, so i have some knowledge of that which i speak. This is one of the best managed, best maintained and friendly complex i've ever been associated with. The dog park is one of the largest in Charlotte, very dog friendly! Our GM, Shanna keeps her finger on the pulse of Lennox at all times, and her staff are top notch. If it matters, i will be renewing here for a third year, it's actually that nice!

Great place to live at. Very clean and quiet complex. No complaints on noise. Close to downtown and and ballantyne area. Right down the street from the mall and tons of restaurants.

My apartment community at Lennox South Park is great. Location is an A+. Good neighborhood and area. The buildings are well kept. The maintenance team is on point. Leasing office staff is very friendly and helpful.

I enjoy being at this complex because the location is so convenient. The staff are nice and professional and are pretty quick at responding to any questions you have. The complex is nice and quiet which is great since there’s no loud noise compared to other apartment complexes.

Great Quiet Community, the staff is easy to contact and buildings staff clean. Units themselves are nice but could benefit from newer appliances (specifically dishwashers and stoves)

I've been here for almost a year now, and still think this is one of the best overall communities in this area. The amenities are great....big big dog park, friendly, attentive staff. The buildings are maintained well. If you have any kind of issue, Mike the head of maintaince will usually get to you within the hour. I just renewed for another year, and i couldn't be happier. Covered parking(admittedly we have some minor insulation issues in the garage) is a huge perk in winter. And the summer thunderstorms. In and out easy. We have a big fitness center, considering our size, this is a good weight room. Overall, 5 starts!!

I love my Unit, love the live music on Friday evening, love the happy noise of the restaurants. I was happy to renew my lease. I hope my friend Berhan will lease at Lennox. I am a very friendly person, I have many friends all around the world. I cannot make friends at the Lennox. I am thinking about having a little a get-together in the Sabor Lounge (Graham second floor) and invite the Lennox Residents. Do you think is a good idea?
